Woodland Hill Retrievers

On April 2. 2008, CH Belquest Junk In The Trunk, "Tru", joined us here at Woodland Hills Retrievers.  At an amazing age of 1 year old,  Tru won big, consistently, and quickly earned his Show Champion Title.  His sister "Fergy" is currently the Number 2 Ranked show lab in the country.  Tru's sire, "Gordy", Champion Boradors By George, was the #1 Labrador Retirever in the USA in 2001.   Tru also loves to retrieve.  Could we ask for anything more?   Hopefully following in the footsteps of his grandsire, CH Dickendall Davaron Gable JH and great grandsires, CH Dickendall Arnold, JH, and CH Caer Bren Mr. Pickwick, JH, we wish Tru well in his pursuit of the AKC Hunt Test Titles. Thanks again to Vicky Creamer from the world renowned Belquest Kennels for allowing us to get Tru.  We look for exciting things from Tru.

Our mission here at Woodland Hills Retrievers and Ranch is to breed highly versatile and quality Labrador Retrievers, Quarter and Paint Horses.  As you browse through our website, and like with the acqusition of Tru, you will soon notice that we have gone through extreme lengths in carefully selecting our dogs and horse from the "Who's Who" in the world of the Show Champions and Performance Champions in Labradors Retievers and in Paints and Quarter Horse.  Our breeding stock come from some of the most accomplished lines throughout the country.  We’ve learned that quality begets quality; that qualtiy pups and colts come from successful and proven parents and grandparents. This is the standard that we’ve set for ourselves as we hope to meet the high expectations that each of you have set for yourselves.  Rest assured, we are proud of the efforts we've taken to improve the breed of our dogs and horses.
